Can I change my name on my profile?

For legal purposes, we must display your legal name on your ACA profile.

For instance, if there is a complaint towards you we need your legal name or the name registered to your private practice as this is the name we will search for. 

If you would like to change your name on your profile, we require a legal change of name certificate.
